I had this problem a while ago :

"When Trend removes a "malicious" item, you can find it in Quarantine with the status "Removed"

However, if you decide to "Restore" it , the item will be restored but will continue to appear as "Removed"  (instead of "Restored")

So, after a while you cannot figure out if an item has been removed or restored."


Any resolution yet?

Hi claudiu_botezatu,

We can confirm if the file has been deleted by going into its exact location. Please send an information of the file that's supposed to be deleted and then you can confirm if the file has been deleted on your end.

We had this discussion before.
It is that we as customers like to see in the log file that we restored the file, we know that it works, but we like to see it in the log!

If I have 10 files in "Quarantine". all of them with status "Removed", it is not practical to check all of them , one by one, to see if the PC owner restored them or not.

Why is so difficult to label the item restored with "Restored" ???? 


See how is done on "Avira" or even MSE.
