Antivirus locks the system for minutes

Hello,
since I bought this software, first the version 12 and now with the 15 one, everytime I have to move files from my PC to the USB pendrive or just delete something on the pendrive, it takes minutes, even if the file involved is just 3Mb with digital signature from the vendor

Everytime the windows 10 circle appear replacing the cursor and starts to rotate, and rotate, and rotate....

The only way to make everything smart and easy is to disable the real time protection, then, after the completition of my stuff, re-enable it

Is there a way to make this software a little bit more smart and quick with original software coming from trusted vendors or I have to do extra work everytime?
Between Not working Exclusion list and Real time protection this Antivirus is becoming very very boring

The only good job it's doing is to convince me, always a little bit more and very quickly, to NEVER renew it and change brand, surely smarter

It is absolutely frustrating to have a good system like my one seeing become a system working like if it were with an Atom CPU with 1Gb of RAM DDR 2 400MHz, with an HDD 5400rpm and windows XP, with many thanks to your Antivirus software

My System:
Win 10 Pro x64 (1809)
MoBo ASUS Prime Z270-A
CPU INTEL i5-7600K
RAM 16Gb RAM GSKILL TRIDENT X DDR4 @ 3600 MHz
VGA GIGABYTE AORUS GTX1080 8Gb
Storage: SSD SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2 256Gb PCI Exp x4 + 3 HDDs x 15,2 Tb (7200 rpm)

Hi SuperMatico

Did you had contact about your other problem?
I think you have folder Shield on and automatic USB protection to?
Put automatic usb protection off and see that helps.
Here from you.

Kind regards,
Tom

Thanks Tom, I'll give a try

About my previous problem, I'll wait a software update with a fix, I don't need to be contacted about that. Thanks

Hi SuperMatico

Tom is correct -- Folder Shield may be causing the slowdown. Since this feature prevents or limits the activity on the protected files, copying and transferring files from and to the drive may experience some slowdown. Example of this activity is overwriting of existing files.

That's right, disabling USB folder shield I still have to wait but a lot of time less than before, situation close to be acceptable
Thanks a lot!
