Annoying pop-ups from Trend itself

Trend keeps giving me "advertising popups". For example, each time I reboot, it nags me about looking into their continuous protection plan, or on Android, keeps giving notifications before renewal date (not just once, but many, many times). How can I disable Trend from nagging me like this? I don't want to keep paying for a program that does this after you've already bought it.

Have to tried logging into your account at Trend Micro? I see you been on here yet have you gone into the "NOTIFICATIONS" and unchecked what you do not wish to receive? Please do so then when done logout, save all of your work, then either shutdown your machine or reboot. I hope this will resolve your Pop-ups. If it does not work go to the upper right hand corner and click on the 3 dots and get into your settings, scroll down to extensions and see what you have there. If not go to advance settings and set block pop ups there. Ti should be the second button down then turn it on. I hope this resolves your problem with Pop-Ups. Sincerely RFS ll

Hi there,

I truly apologize for the delayed response, I was moving out of my home and this just completely slipped my mind.

Anyway, the pop-up about the continuous protection plan stopped after I clicked the button that it wanted me to in order to see their "offer" (and then closed the window as I'm not at all interested). Hopefully not many more come up.

As for the notifications settings in my account, all options are unchecked. 

For now I am good, I am just hoping that Trend doesn't introduce more marketing pop-ups. I've already bought your software, leave me alone!

I am so fed up with these advertising pop ups from trend micro, started 3 months before my subscription ended, I am going back to norton (this was first time i thought I would try this product). Norton don't pull this crap.
