Annoying pop-up - unprotected passwords

I just started getting this pop-up that wants to do something to my passwords. I have a lot of connections and I do not want any of these altered. How do I stop this pop-up?

Thank you for reporting this issue. For your situation, this "unprotected passwords" notification is coming from your Password Manager that is bundled with your Trend Micro Maximum Security.

PC Health Checkup checks if you have any passwords saved in your browsers, as these passwords would remain at risk. Trend Micro Password Manager can help encrypt your browser passwords and keep your information safePassword Manager will help your passwords to be protected, if you wish to utilize this product, you could proceed by clicking "protect now" to protect your browser passwords.

If not, you can just disregard this notification, and uninstall you password manager:
