Sorrythatyou're running into trouble with our product, to help you in this matter is your phone an Android or Apple phone? And can you provide screenshots of what you are seeing on your phone before and after it restarts. Also is the phone restarting by itself or is the Trend Micro Mobile Security application asking you to restart your phone? To further investigate this issue can you please provide the brand of your phone, OS version(Android or iOS version) and memory please.
