Android Activation

i have activated a new serial number on my pc and have also activated this on my mobile phone without a problem but when i try to activate this on my android tablet it is not accepting my password for some reason.

Hi ,

have you Trend Micro Maximum Security or premium Security ?! 

only these key ( products ) can install on PC and mobile .

I have purchased Maximum Security for my PC and Mobile. Activated fine on the PC but when attempting to activate the Mobile Security on my Galaxy Note 5, i click on the "buy / activate" tab and i constantly get the page come up as attahed. I click on the #RENEWWORDING# link and nothing happens. I cannot get to the page to enter my activation code. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app without succdss. Can someone please help me with this?

At Trend Micro Mobile Security Setting , insert Trend Secure ( Trend Micro Account ) Email & password information .

use Trendsecure panel information 

you register antivirus on PC with a trendsecure information . use same information .

login to trendsecure panel , you must view license .

For your issue, could you try the following steps and check if the same symptom occurs:
  1. Open the Mobile Security. 
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap on Sign Out
  4. Open the Mobile Security again. 
  5. Tap on Buy/Activate. 
  6. Tap on Use Activation Code. 
  7. Enter your serial number, then tap OK to activate your Mobile Security for Android.
