An unfortunate consequence of subscription renewal

Although Trend Micro subscription has been installed and working correctly. When starting computer a message comes up:- Failed to unzip the package file:C:\program file\Trend Micro\tower\tower_main.

Hi David - OK, then you will not be impacted by this glitch, as your Maximum Security protection features are independent of Password Manager. I understand having an error message pop up during startup is an annoyance, so we'll try to get you a solution or a workaround soon. Thank you.

Sorry for getting back late. For this issue, we suggest you to re-install Trend Micro Maximum Security to reset the program and patterns. Since the issue you're encountering is related to Password Manager, which is bundled in Maximum Security installation, hopefully a reinstall will reset everything and remove the startup error.
