Am I protected

I just renewed our subscription, did I need to provide a valid serial number to have the software installed, are we now protected, was my downloading of the product successful, is there anything else on my end I need to do to be covered and protected with TREND MICRO

We understand that you have just renewed your subscription and wish to know if there are further actions required on your end. Allow me to help you with this. 

We have checked your subscription and it seems that you are already using the latest version of the Trend Micro Program (Version 12, 2018). With this, there is no action required on your part. Just make sure that all of your devices have the same version of the program by opening the main console and clicking on the Shadow of a person icon located on the top right part then select About the Software. This will show you what version you are running.

Further more, we would like you to know that we have enhanced the Folder Shield Feature and it can now cover multiple folders.
