Always display "Almost out of time"

When setting parental control for a child account with " 5 hours daily limit", but the child account always pop up "Almost out of time" in ~ 5 minutes.
I'm using Maximum security product.

Parental Controls feature can limit internet access to only certain periods of the day for your child. To solve your issue, could you follow the article below for step by step directions to set your Parental Controls feature again?
Using the Parental Controls feature of your Trend Micro Security software - refer to "Activating Parental Controls" section
STEP 6-Time Limits - The Parental Controls feature allows you to schedule your kids' time on the Internet. You can set separate schedules for weekdays and weekends by clicking on the meter. The program shows how many hours of access are allotted. Highlighted hour means that web access is blocked. To edit the schedule, do either of the following:
  • Click any part of the meter to allow or block the internet access during that period.
  • Click and drag your mouse along the meter to allow or deny internet access for a specific period.
If the problem still persists, we need a screenshot of "How do you want to schedule your family's time on the Internet" section from you. Here're some simple steps to help you open the Time Limits tab:
  1. Open  the Maximum Security's main console on your child 's laptop.
  2. Click Family icon.
  3. Click Parental Controls.
  4. Type your password and click OK. (If necessary)
  5. Click Time Limits.
  6. Take a screenshot of "How do you want to schedule your family's time on the Internet" section.

Hi, I am having the same issue, will try and reset the time limits again & see if it helps
