Already Paid to Renew

I paid to renew my Trend Micro last week and received an email acknowledging that I did. I am still getting messages saying my subscription expires on 3/5/2018?

I am having a similar issue.
I reached out to the Best Buy people, they remoted into my machine and spent a few hours uninstalling and installing the Trend micro, with no success.  The Geek squad buy informed me that I was covered, but when looking at the trend micro program, I was still not protected.

This is totally not the same issue!Can you tell OS/TM version?Tell us how you know you are not protected, did you have a icon in the tray ?Is there something from Trend in the program's list?Tell us.

Is it the case that the GeekSquad (BestBuy Technical Support) is using an incorrect serial number or activation key? Kindly confirm that with GeekSquad since they should have all the information with regards to your renewal (provided that you mentioned it's the same issue).
