Allow mobile security accessibility

Hi I recently got a new oppo A73 android mobile ph. The mobile security accessibility keeps turning off. Are u able to provide an update to fix this please? Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know about this experience that you had with our product. Apologies for the inconvenience.

As a workaround for this issue, you may enable the App Lock feature of the Trend Micro Mobile Security and then lock the application itself. Kindly follow the steps below.
  1. Open the Trend Micro Mobile Security app on your device
  2. Select Parental Controls. It may ask you to sign in to sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
  3. Once logged in, enable App Lock and then select the Mobile Security App to lock it.
  4. After that, please turn on Accessibility again to replicate the issue.
