after Trend Micro update PC requests to boot

since I had an update of Trend Micro, I got the following Message:
"The Protection of your Computer ist interrupted by a Problem. Reboot your System to fix this Problem."

Even after several Bootings I get the same Massage.
When I klick the ? Symbol, there are shown Tipps, how I link my system with a Proxy-Server to the Internet. But I don't use a Proxy-Server and my Internet Connection is working well with other Programs.
How do I fix the Problem of Trend Micro Maximum Security?

Do a uninstall (note you Key) and then:
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program
