after this week's update, I can no longer upload photos

Trend Micro updated itself, and then wanted a restart. After that I tried to upload photos to both Twitter and Facebook and I am not able to do so.

Sorry - should add I am on a Toshiba laptop running Windows 10 and using Chrome as my browser.

Hi @gsjane, we totally understand your frustration.

To help you on your concern, you can check if the problem fixed after deleting your temporary internet files by the steps blow:
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Chrome menu, then click Clear Browsing Data. The Clear browsing data windows under the settings page will appear.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
If the upload issue persists, let's isolate to make sure the issue is not due to Trend Micro Security. Please check if you can log on Facebook after you temporarily disable Trend Micro Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:

Don't forget to enable your Trend Micro Security after the confirmation.

If the upload issue solved after temporarily disable Trend Micro Security, to help us understand more background before recommending a solution, please provide more detail on what is happening. (e.g. can't upload photos on Twitter or Facebook error message, Can you upload photos by Internet Explorer or FireFox? Version of your Trend Micro Security etc.) Some screenshots would also be helpful. Thank you!
