After an update installed, I get a message "Trend Micro starting...please wait" I've waited & it never starts.

On one of my protected computers, after an update installed, I get a message "Trend Micro starting...please wait" I've waited, I've restarted the computer, and still get the same message. I am not able to open the console and the computer is flagging it as an error. I click on the button saying "I trust the program", and still nothing. Help!!!

We're sorry to hear of your experience. This may be caused by an issue with the interruption or corrupted update. Can we confirm if it's a Trend Micro update or Windows Update or any update for any specific program?

For normal troubleshooting, we can instead reinstall the Trend Micro program... this is also to make sure that there are no other security programs are installed on your PC. You can see the installation guidelines be opening this link.
