After 6/24/16, One Touch Diabetic software now fails to run.

Running MaxSecurity 10 - My One Touch Diabetic software quit working between 6/24/16 and 7/1/16 and the only thing that may have changed is my Trend Micro updates done at startup. I would appreciate any help I can get at undoing whatever it is that has corrupted my software. It fails with a missing object, "~" that I cannot recognize.

Sorry if our product is interfering with your One Touch Diabetic software! Could you go through a few steps to help confirm that the diabetic software conflict is due to Trend Micro Maximum Security?

1. Go through the steps in "Disabling Trend Micro Program" section in this help document Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software
2A. Run your One Touch Diabetic software and see if it operates normally.
2B. If your diabetic software is already corrupted and won't allow you to perform the check here, please reinstall One Touch Diabetic software here with Trend Micro Security off, and check if it runs normally.
3. Re-enable Trend Micro Security by following steps in the above help doc's "Enabling Trend Micro Program" section, to make sure your PC is protected.

If you confirmed that the diabetic software's malfunction is due to our product, please do the following to add it to our Exception List:

If after you've tried all the steps above and the problem continues, please provide screenshots and more detail, and we'll definitely help you further. Thank you.
