Hello pitboy7 ! Welcome to the community!

To save credentials on your Password Manager account, you must first register your Trend Micro Password Manager and setup your Master Password and then add the Password Manager extension on the browser of your choice.

Follow this link to download the extensions.

Enabling browser extensions of Password Manager

Once enabling has been done, the application itself should automatically ask to save your passwords once you browse on the sites. Alternatively, you can proceed to login to the portal and add the passwords manually.
