Add to more than 1 computer

When I bought this antivirus product, it was my understanding I could put it on up to 3 computers. When I try to put it on a second computer, I get a message that each id number is only good for 1 computer. What is going on?

I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this error message when adding a device on your subscription. 

You can follow the instructions on the link below on how you can install the program on your second computer. 

Installing Trend Micro Security purchased from Best Buy for Windows and for Mac
