How do I add my mobile phone to my Trend account?

If you go to start a scan manually, before you do, you should see in the lower left-hand corner a notice which says "protect another device". If you click that, it should lead you through the process.

I have it, but my email address for mobile device is misspelled. I can do NOTHING to correct it, and, knowing of the misspell, I cannot even see how it misspelled, because subscription page shows it only partially. Can you help me?

Hi sfszadsum, if you have activated the Mobile Security for Android with the misspelled account, you can confirm the account e-mail address by following below steps:

1. On the Mobile Security main screen, tap the Menu button.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Check the Trend Micro account field.

After then, since we'll be dealing with privacy information to solve this problem, I suggest referring to our online help document to create a private post and describing your problem in details. (including the misspelled e-mail address and the correct e-mail address)

I do see that, but not my Samsung S5. I think I need a higher level of Trend.

Is there a general category into which it will fit, such as an android or other? If not, perhaps one of the Trend Micro reps will come in and answer your question.

When try active license and insert your email and trendsecure information .
