I have license certificate with 3 Trend Micro Internet Security 2018 and Activation Code 2. When I login to customer licensing portal and enter this activation code, I got error; Please provide a valid key, or contact Trend Micro for more information.

For us to better assist you with this matter, may we know if you are trying to activate your serial number on Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android? If so, then that may explain the reason why you are getting the error code upon activation since your serial number can only be activated on Trend Micro Internet Security for Windows computers.
