Activating the software

After an update earlier today I cannot open Trend and it appears to be turned off. When I click on the Icon it just repeatedly downloads. Nothing more happens. Help please

Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We suggest reinstalling Maximum Security to reset the program and patterns. Hopefully, a reinstall will reset everything back to normal.

In addition, some conflicting software might cause Maximum Security to malfunction. Could you please check if there's any conflicting software in your computer?

It's a long list, but a simple way to identify conflict software is making sure no software from major security product companies is installed on your machine first:
- McAfee (AntiSpyware, Online Backup, SiteAdvisor, etc.)
- Kaspersky (Security Scan, etc.)
- Symantec / Norton (Antispam, AntiVirus, Online Family, etc.)
- AVG

Hi, I have the same problem.  I've reinstalled the latest version, but still the exe does nothing.  I have no other conflicting security software, so now am basically unprotected.  Can I uninstall the latest update?

Rather strange - as soon as I submitted this query, it fixed itself.
