2 Software issues getting annoying

This might have started about a month or two ago. I ignored it till now.

When TM detects bad browser activity a window pops up to say "off limits." This is always related to the settings I've manually blocked in the "Exceptions List" for Websites, commonly the advertisers. Is there a way to disable this from constantly showing the notification, while keeping the other security warning/notifications to still appear?

Also as of today, having issues with the software showing a blank program in my task bar, and the trendmicro icon in the task-bar is unresponsive (can't left/right click to show menu options). I restarted the machine, but it still received same results hours later, doing nothing special other than using the browser.

First:
Uninstalling Trend Micro Security 2017 using the Uninstall Tool

Then reboot and:
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program

I think this will do it.
