"Your security software protected you from a risky message"

"Your security software protected you from a risky message". This is the email I receive with a text file from TREND.
how do I create a rule so that I receive the emails from this sender. It is a medium sized company I deal with regularly and they say they have no security issues with their email. I know they would say that but I this happens every so often and its annoying.

that download file does not work on my computer, where can I access another download file??

The error I get is "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows your're running.  Check your computer's system invormation to see whether you need and x89 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher"

Did the program opened a dos-box?

I am using Thunderbird, not outlook.

And no, I didn’t get any dos box, I clicked on the downloaded file, ran as administrator and it came up with an error saying it was not compatable. I don’t think the email program would have anything to do with compatability, it would either be Windows or the Trend version.

The file that you talk about is for problems with Outlook.
Thunderbird is not protected by TM, only if you start some wrong files from that but not to your direct mail. The protection of that is from Thunderbird!
So i don't know what really your problem is, a screenshot can clarify a lot!

What Tom Emmelot said was right.

The fix that you have downloaded only works for Outlook. The Thunderbird is not currently supported by Trend Micro. But for us to check what else we can do with the issue, may we know if you were notified with the same email notification from Trend Micro? If you could possibly take a screenshot of it, that would be great.
