"Your connection is not private" message

I receive a "your connection is not private" message when trying to access a known website.  If I go to advanced setting and try to go there anyway, I receive a "404 - File not found" message.  I have added the website to my trusted sites and tried from an incognito window, but nothing works.  I KNOW this website is safe.  How do I get there?

Please make sure that your computer's clock is correct. Also, try clearing the cache of your web browser. 
If issue is the same, do let us know the complete url or link of the website you are trying to access.
