[Hotfix] "[0x7FFEB62770E3] ANOMALY" error message appears when running commands in Command Prompt Update not working

I have read through the topic and steps in [Hotfix] "[0x7FFEB62770E3] ANOMALY" error message appears when running commands in Command Prompt

But it prompted me "This update is not compatible with your current security software." after i click install.

If I exit the TrendMicro application, the problem goes away.

This hotfix can only be applied to Trend Micro (Antivirus+, Internet, Maximum, Premium) Security 11.
Please confirm the version Trend Micro Security installed on your machine. May I also confirm that you are experiencing the problem as described?

I've got Trend Micro Maximum Security 2016 and have this problem.

Hi mike,

v2016 is v10. This hotfix will not be applied to your version of Trend Micro Maximum Security.

I can help request a hotfix for v10 however that might take some time before it could be released. Would you consider upgrading to v11 instead? I have license keys for Maximum security, not internet security.  So my keys don't work.  What do I do?

Hi erza, the hotfix installer run for quite long of duration? Is it normal? The progress installation bar stuck at "Executing amsp hotfix by local update..."

Well, I have been waiting for quite some time then i force closed the hotfix windows and restarted my pc. Everything seems to be fine already. Thanks.
