[Beta] Received an Error Message using Beta Software

I tried to put my licensed number in the beta software and received an error. I put in a ticket a while ago and still waiting a response as to how to fix the issue.

I would like to ask for the Beta software that you have installed and what is the first four letters of the Serial Number or License that you are trying to use?

You don't have to put a beta licence...you have to put your real licence

Please refer to this:

"2. On the beta portal homepage, ..... There will be an assigned beta product key to you. You may choose to ignore it or opt to use it in another installation of the beta build. You just need to make sure you have at least one installation of the beta build that is using your official product key."
