Failure to block spam sms
Trend Micro does not flag or block spam sms, and lately has been flagging as suspicious legitimate non-spam texts.As a result of not identifying or blocking the spam, one cannot block the numbers.

Provide a new Portal for analyzing
I wish Trend Micro could provide a portal to which users can analyze a file or web address or file hash of SHA256 or MD5 hash. I know a user can ask for reclassification of urls over Site Safety Center Portal. But an enhanced portal which checks for file hashes of SHA 256 or MD5 hash would be great.

Uninstall TM
Hello, I uninstalled TM using the uninstaller provided.I rebooted after.Searching the HDD and registry for "Trend" and "TrendMicro" found over 30 leftovers which I had to delete manually one by one.This shouldn't happen as long as TM provide its own uninstaller.....

The current Secure Notes has no Edit/Discard/Save button for saved notes. Which is really prone to accidentally editing the saved notes. Question: why do we need to install an extension in browsers as long as TM provides Web protection?The extension is list based , so other than giving TM the oportunity to monitor our surf habit, I do not see the advantage of installing an extension on top of the native Web shield of TM.

Mystery file reported as no threat

Same strange pop up about downloaded files
