Unable to use Payguard in Edge as multiple screens keep opening. I can see this has been a problem for another user in the past. I have checked and have the latest Trend version and Microsoft recommend using Edge. Is there something else I could do to fix this or could the bug be fixed. Cheers

Trend House Call shows me what devices are connected. The edit section after a scan shows several rows of devices - all look familiar. What is missing is the ability to match a device icon with an ip address. There is only an icon picture. There is need to look up that device and see the activity of

For about two months now I have been getting the message (following a scheduled scan): " Unable to contact Trend Micro for information needed to optimize the computer. Please try again later".  I try later and get the same message??  Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this situation?

I have noticed there is a significant performance drop when using the VPN feature in Trend Micro. Websites load much slower than without VPN.  Is there a resolution to this issue or can I enable parental controls without VPN?

Micro Trend doesn't load on Firefox 96.0.3. What do I need to do to get it loaded. Don't tell me the standard instructions with the window opening to install it because that window doesn't show up.
