As a human it really annoys me that we are still seeing people as genders. Being a great human being is not limited or defined by the gender. By drawing attention to gender you continue to promote gender as being an issue.
Choose to see the limitations in using a label…a person can be a gardener, cook, sibling, parent, caregiver, pilot….all these things but by using a solitary label you are limiting them to that.
Great leaders enable others to embrace their own leadership qualities….great leaders are not based on who follows them or what defined them but more on what you yourself choose to accept as your intention.
To move beyond gender as a concern you need to actively choose not to use gender as defining content. My inspiration is people who see the actual quality and not the labels…those who see the person.
Wouldn’t it be great just to be remembered for being an amazing human rather than a amazing man or amazing woman?
