Why parent control don't work on PC?

This is not how the Time Limits of Parental Control should work, possible that there is another Antivirus program or Parental Control App installed on your Windows that might be conflicting with the processes of Trend Micro Parental Controls.

Here's what we need to do.

• Check and remove conflicting programs. Here's How to remove programs incompatible with Trend Micro Security.
• Make sure you have the latest Trend Micro Security. Here's How to upgrade Trend Micro to its latest version on Windows
• Remove the existing Time Limits and Set it up again.
  
  

Note: Make sure you have separate accounts for your kids this will allow you to configure different rules for them. Otherwise, the same rules apply to everyone using the computer.
