every single site I try to get into is blocked. Don't understand what's happened to Trend Micro. It even blocked its own site!

May I know what is the exact message that you get when visiting a site? We would appreciate it if you can send us a screenshot so we can check.
You can check the level of protection set on your Trend Micro app. To check, just open the console and go to settings. We recommend setting it to "Switch protection level automatically".
