TrendMicro Community/GetSatisfaction and Outlook.com - Junk mail problem

Hey TM Community, I've ran into an interesting problem with this forum:

Ever since I joined this forum (haven't posted anything because I usually don't have anything to post about), any email from this forum lands in my junk mail folder instead of my inbox. I don't have any filtering rule regarding these emails neither on my email client nor my email provider's filtering rule page. 
What can cause this?

One more question: Can digest emails be configured on a community forum account? if yes, where are the settings located?

PC: HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0xx
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, version 1803 build 17134
I'm currently not running any TrendMicro product on my PC
Email provider: Outlook.com (Premium)
