Just downloaded, shows the same versions numbers that we have been running.  Trend Account also shows it as still 2021 version.

I let the download uninstall, restart and install.  Also, it didn't ask me for my password when doing the uninstall/install.

@hsfrotten​ you can Run a scan, Like the Official Trend Micro Support on Facebook, and install ID Security in the meantime.

I was having a real headache and utter frustration with the latest version of TM refusing to install (repeated restart requests) even after using the suggested Removal Tool. The Tech-Support Guy 'Jemello Christian Manalean' who I was lucky enough to get hold of by phone, and cannot praise enough, ran diagnostics and tests for over an hour. He finally found the issue which was resolved by the 'SFC' program. Without question, this guy is an ambassador for Trend Micro, if I could award 5-Stars+ I would!
