Trend Micro Security Agent (offline) doesn't receive client updates
Hello,
we are using Trend Micro Apex One. We got a productive network and an external network for video conference system which are not allowed in our productive network (They use default WiFi).
We created an extra package for these video conference notebooks and enabled all component updates in settings.
The problem now is - even if everything is enabled for updating - they won't get any product updates, so they stuck on the version which was made with the package builder. I found an article which said I have to change some registry entry for product updates, but unfortunately this didn't helped.
Sorry if these products are not supported for the community.
