Trend Micro Security 2020 Help With Performance and Conflicting Software Issues

Hi,

When installing the latest version and you encounter the following issues:

• Other programs not working 
• Encountering performance issues such as high CPU usage

Try to quickly disable your Trend Micro program to confirm if it is causing the issue, to do this:
Look for the icon of Trend Micro Security on your task bar, right-click then click on Exit.

Then, check again if the affected program is working or performance of the PC goes back to normal.
