Trend Micro Payguard Still Keeps Opening Several Tabs crome

HI I have had this problem for a really mong time and it stopped for a while but now its happening again to the extent that I want to remove the entire pay guard functionality.  It completely mocks up my system anytime I go neat a bank account sign on-page.  It doesn't happen in firefox and Edge for me only because I have not enabled to Pay guard feature.  This is really foundational and needs a permanent solution.

Can you please assist its even happening on my new laptop.  If there is no solution How do I deactivate payguard on Crome?

Thanks

Thank you for your response, cmilikins.

Can you try to check the settings of your Pay Guard?

You may configure the settings of Pay Guard from the main console. Just open Trend Micro and go to Privacy, then click Configure button for Pay Guard.

Kindly uncheck "Ask every time before opening banking or shopping websites in Pay Guard" and check if it is still the same.

I did exactly the opposite..  I have had multiple tabs opening for 6 months with latest versions of TM and Chrome.

After reading the above to uncheck "Ask every time before opening banking or shopping websites in Pay Guard"   ..the box was already unchecked   ..so I assumed this wasn't the problem  ... so what the hell I checked it and closed out...   no more multiple screens.. so thanks for the advice .. I think..?
