stop checking outgoing e-mail

I have the same e-mail with attachment sent from Outlook 365 time and time again. I suspect it is Trend Micro checking it, interfering with Outlook 365 affirming that it is sent so it sends again. How do I stop Trend Micro from scanning outgoing e-mail? I want it to scan incoming e-mail.
