Same Pop-Ups Blocked Constantly

I have constant pop ups blocking 'disease vectors'. This has been happening for months now and originally it didnt say disease vector the threat type was just blank. This happens constantly on both Microsft edge and Google Chrome. I have removed allgoogle chrome extensions, restored the settings to default and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still pops up contantly. I did recently have all of my accounts hacked and I never got to the source of it, although no more attempts have been made in the past few months. I have attached a screen shot below.

Hi, stephen.traceytwo!

Have you also cleared the browsing data and restored the settings to default for Microsoft Edge? Make sure to do this as well on all of your browsers installed.

Clear Browsing Data on Edge:

  1. On your computer, open Edge.
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots > Settings.
  3. Select Privacy, search, and services on the left panel > Click Choose what to clear.
  4. Choose a time range, All time.
  5. Check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear now.

Reset Edge to Default:

  1. Open Edge
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots, then Settings
  3. On the left panel, click Reset settings
  4. Click Restore settings to their default values, then Reset

Hi, stephen.traceytwo.

Please try to check the extensions installed on the browser. If you are not familiar with it, it's best to remove them:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots >  More tools and then Extensions.

Can you also check the allowed notification on your browser?

There's a list of allowed notifications on your Google Chrome, to check:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the 3 dots > Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  4. Click Notifications.

You may remove it if you are not familiar with it.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,stephen.traceytwo!

Please try to download and run the hotfix from here. Close all the open browsers first before running the hotfix.

Hope this helps.
