Password for Settings

When I want to set my trend micro setting, it keep giving me the password invalid message and I am 200% confirm that my password is correct. So, I change my password by click on forget my password link and i changed my password. However, it still give me the invalid password message but I typed the correct password. Then, I try another method which is click the link that retrieve the password via email. I click so many times but trend micro did not send me any email. How to solve it ?

Please note that the password for your Settings can be different from your Trend Micro Account.


Have you tried to restart your device and attempt to re-enter the password again? Please verify if the email where the password will be sent is still valid.


Another option is you may also try to reinstall the Trend Micro program to reset the console password.
