Outlook won't sync

Trend Micro is compatible with Outlook. Please try to temporarily disable Trend Micro program to check if it's causing the issue. Here's how:

 

How to turn off Trend Micro Security for Windows

 

Please follow the steps below if the solution above solve the problem:

1. Press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard to open the Run window.
2. In the Open field, type supporttool.exe, then click OK.
3. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears. The Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit will open.
4. Click the (C) Uninstall tab.
5. Click 5. Stop all components.
6. Check if the issue still persists.

You may enable the Trend Micro Email Defender feature to protect your account. It detects fake messages using AI technology to identify the topic and to understand the intention of the scam email and warns you against it upon discovery.
