Mismatched Account Info

I recently changed my E-mail and password via the website for microtrend. Although, I can only log in to view my account info on the internet. when I try accessing the (family) Parental Controls (Microtrend's Icon on my desktop) I have to use a different e-mail address and password. I tried updating account info on, but it doesn't me an option on micro trends desktop icon. The e-mail address that I have to use is an inactive e-mail address and I no longer have access to this e-mail (*** . I would like it to be switched to ***
