Maximum 17.7 "Version" in UK .boh 1634 & .1783...

Maximum Auto-Updates data, but 17.7 "Version" is frozen ?   With one UK, 2023 multi-PC, some still remain at .1634 but some went to .1783 in January 2023 ??  All on one-identical Multi-PC Licence-number...

Hi @trend_37f976

Welcome to the Trend Micro Users Community!

Mute mode temporarily stops non-critical notifications while you are doing an important task and automatically stops non-critical notifications when the PC is in full-screen mode. It's possible that it was turned on; that's why the program does not automatically update.

Learn How to Turn Off Mute Mode on Windows

If it still does not update, you may want to check How to Update the Trend Micro Program Manually

Hope this helps.

@tm_carlo All UK Auto-Update have always worked OK, but the Versions vary, even on the same Licence-number...  The Update always downloads/install, but I'm guessing just the Virus-data (not the Version).  Straight after that post, one (not all) PC which was "stuck" on .1634 has now updated to .1827. !!?!

Now ALL our UK Maximum 17.7 Auto-Updates have installed .1827 OK.  Whatever just happened at Trend, Thank You.
