How about a simple “UNSUBSCRIBE” link in your emails so we can unsubscribe with a single click, and no need to “sign in”.

Hi divi59stx,

You may also click the "click here" option at the end of the email to unsubscribe. Check the example below:

Hope this helps. Have a great day!

Still not implemented while it is European law to have a one click unsubscribe. Trend Micro should know this because we can now report them to the EU anti spam departments.

We'll take note of this, arjanvandongen. Our team is working to add an "Unsubscribe" option to all e-mail communications. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.

 Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

@tm_rochelle Yeah, that brings you to a page that says you have to login. I believe FCC or FTC requires a single check box w/o login requirements, but it's early & I haven't ingested my caffeine yet.

Yeah, my notifications look just like the example -- NOTHING is checked, yet I'm still getting crap (like gaming).

So if "New Announcements In Community" is UNchecked (UN-ticked) why am I getting this SPAM ?

Hi, DomainMgr

Does the notification come from Trend Micro? Would you be able to send us a sample of the notification you are receiving? You should not receive any emails from the community if you unchecked all the options under notifications.

Please follow this guide on how to unsubscribe from the community posts:

Hi @domainmgr,

We can confirm that you are unsubscribed to any Community Notifications. We are now investigating what causes the issue - receiving community notifications after unsubscribing. We'll keep you posted.

Are you completely bonkers or drunk???

I have not signed up to any of this "community" garbage, yet I have to click on 28 (!!!!!) separate boxes to stop that spam appearing in my inbox???

Really?????

Are the toddlers at "work" not even capable of a summary check box ("unsubscribe all")?

And what makes that even worse, it's spam dished out to ***paying*** customers, rather than a present from an anonymous bot net.

Whoever came up with that design should be tarred and feathered as an absolute minimum, and I would have at least expected an apology for the inconveniemce within your post.
