May I know the current version of the Trend Micro program? please try to run an update and check if you have the latest version:

You may also try to follow these steps and check if the issue will persist:

1. Press the Windows Key & R at the same time, the run window should appear.
2. Type supporttool then click OK. The Trend Micro Diagnostic toolkit will open.
3. Go to (C) Uninstall, click 5. Stop all Components & 2. Delete Now.
4. After 2-5 minutes, click Start All Components then open the Trend Micro program.
5. Monitor if the auto updates takes 1 hour to finish.
