I am having a problem with the software. I can't purchase products online or use chat on websites I shop on. Trend Micro blocks the transmission. I tried putting the websites on the "Exception List". Does not work or I'm doing something wrong. I have a Dell Studio XPS on Windows 7. Don't like Windows 10. I use Internet explorer Ver. 11.0.7
