How do I delete the autorun.inf file, I have tried the attrib -r -s -h autorun.inf, no luck

An autorun.inf file is a text file that can be used by the AutoRun and AutoPlay components of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Are you aware of this?

Maybe you need to close Trend Micro. Probably the file being present because it is loaded at startup behaves like a system file that cannot be deleted while the operating system is working. Of course you have to be sure that it can be deleted without creating any further problems.
