Can't get the highlighting turned off. Followed instruction but could not find turn off highlighting under Web Threats. Any suggestions?

Hi @rsmock6846!
Open the browser with TM Tollbar. At the TM toolbar's settings, under Web Threat Protection you can turn off the highlighting of links.
