Really? I could make a better badge (graphically) than that... before lunch, because I'm a professional, and now I ONLY ASK FOR A PROGRAM TO WORK! Have a look at the number of complaints regarding your 'Password Manager Extension' in all browsers. It's a total failure (click on it and it doesn't work / uninstall and reinstall a hundred times and still doesn't work), so you better fix that part of your 'overall package'. If that 'direct contact online' is a failure then it suggests that 'Trend's Premium Package' is no longer a security option... after 20 years with Trend Micro, this is very, fucking annoying! You have little time left Trend Micro Premium! I'm gradually transferring everything elsewhere, might be a time consuming job but I don't intend to be one of your 'Trend Micro Collapses!' victims! I've been a 'Premium' full protection customer forever, so every business like me needs to stop being slack and lazy and consider the alternatives. This is 'Really Bad'! Previously I've always a verbal promoter, always a trusted customer, but now I'm pissed off and I'm not going to make my (Premium Inclusive) phone call or give you any more money for the total package every again! You should have fixed this 'Browser Extension' problem 12 months ago... Enjoy the 'money for nothing' you idiots! It's about to slowly disappear, like all your jobs.

I don't know how long I've been using Trend. I have no desire to 'try' anything else as I've gotten great results with so far.

Thanks, I have been using Trend since... well long before it used the Trend name. Pretty sure it was called " That Antivirus in the Yellow Box", then it was Pc-Cillin for several years. First installed it on Win 98 machine.

Happy New Year to everybody, congratulations to all leaders (my modest self included) and thanks @tm_kree (Community Manager at Trend Micro judging by the overall avtivity) for all the badges and incentives that keep the community interesting!
This year will be tougher as more and more people will be working from home, more devices will be connected and the attack surface will be larger.
I highly recommend users to follow good security practices and stay informed about new threats and scams.
Trend Micro Home Users forum is a great way to stay on top of current scams.
