How can I get this software to remove Freeliveradio.co from my lalptop?

Welcome to the community!

To remove the application, do the following below :

1) On your keyboard, press the Windows  + R keys
2) In the Open field, type "appwiz.cpl", then press ENTER. The Programs and Features window will open.
3) Select the application that you want to uninstall, then click remove or uninstall.

That didn't work. Instead of telling me what I already know, how about telling me what Trend Micro can do to remove this virus. .

I suggest that you run a Full System Scan with the Trend Micro program.

If you have already done that and it did not detect any malicious program on your computer, you may use our Trend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit. It is a tool which specializes in detecting malware and viruses.

Please choose "Clean infected computers" and download "Online Scan / Clean Tool (32-bit or 64-bit)".

I think you have to reset browser to default settings, also, or this PUA come back after deinstall. 

I suggest to read carefully notes and licenses page installing free softwares to 'uncheck' PUA installations.
