Email Defender NOT WORKING according to numerous warning. No apparent help available.

Continuous notifications re Email Defender.  Can't get into usual system to check.  Most unsatisfactory.

Hello @helenacosco! The latest version of the Trend Micro Toolbar has been released today. which addresses the issue with Email Defender on Outlook.

Welcome to Trend Micro Users Community!

We are already aware of this issue. The issue is caused by changes in Outlook's data storage, which prevent Trend Micro from accessing the necessary details.

We expect to fix this problem in the upcoming update, set to be released on July 4, 2023. Once the update becomes available, we will let you know.
