Charged my credit card but did not received the new Serial Number

1. the auto renewal charged my credit card and did notified me through email, but i did not received any new serial number and have been unable to renew my antivirus. i've paid for this.

2. those buttons to "disable auto renewal" and "update your account information" are broken. they keep redirect me to the "renewal" page.
